Small tool. Clear purpose.

A useful connection
should stay yours.

Tidy QR is a free static QR code maker, made by a small independent team.

Start with the thing you want to share

A QR code should make a practical job easier: opening a menu, saving a contact, joining a guest network or finding the right instructions. The code is a means to that end. We built Tidy QR around a direct workflow where you can inspect the content, shape the design and take the file away.

Our generator stores your content directly in a standard QR symbol. It does not substitute a Tidy QR tracking URL. That makes the relationship clear: the content inside a printed code stays fixed, while a linked website remains your responsibility to keep available.

Keep the work close to you

The generator, image reader, logo processing and batch exports run in your browser. There is no account to create for those tools, and no upload of your QR content or source images. You can read the full behavior on our privacy page, including the separate optional waitlist form.

Local processing also has practical limits. Large images and dense codes can take more work on a phone than on a desktop. The tools explain their supported formats and processing safeguards rather than implying that every input will work equally well everywhere.

Make the evidence visible

Our reference pages link to the specifications and publisher tables used for technical claims. Comparison pages separate static and dynamic products, identify billing terms and leave unverified prices blank. We want a reader to be able to follow a claim back to the source and see when it was checked.

Examples are labeled as examples. A calculated print width is not a measured scanning benchmark, and a successful decode is not a promise about every camera or printed surface. This distinction is especially useful when a small image is about to become a large print order.

Help us make it clearer

If a tool behaves unexpectedly or a cited fact has changed, contact us with the page and a description of the issue. Avoid sending private payloads, passwords or financial details. A safe example that reproduces the problem is usually the most useful place to start.
