Report a tool issue
Tell us which page you used, what you expected and what happened instead. The content type, browser name and export format help narrow down a problem. If a code works on screen but not on paper, describe the print process, material and the point at which the result changed.
Use a harmless sample whenever possible. Do not email a WiFi password, private contact record, confidential event information or payment details. The tools process your content locally, and we do not have a saved copy of what you entered. A public example that reproduces the behavior is more useful than sensitive production data.
Suggest a source correction
Include the Tidy QR page address and the specific claim that needs updating. A link to the publisher's current specification, pricing page or support article helps us check the change. For a price, note the currency and whether the amount is billed monthly or shown as a monthly equivalent of annual billing.
We distinguish a vendor's stated feature from a feature we have tested. If a source is unclear or its page cannot be read, we may label the information as unverified rather than fill the gap with an estimate. We welcome corrections that help make that boundary more precise.
Accessibility and usability
If a control is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader or mobile device, describe the step where you get stuck. You can also tell us when a message is technically correct but hard to understand. Clear labels and recoverable errors are part of making the product usable.
Waitlist and privacy requests
To remove a waitlist entry, contact us from the address you submitted when possible. Say that you want the entry removed. We do not need identity documents or payment information for that request. Our privacy page describes the information stored by the waitlist and the separate infrastructure involved in serving the website.
We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Check the reference pages for immediate guidance on payload formats, code size, quiet zones and export settings while your question is being reviewed.
