Processed locally. A logo uses high error correction. Keep it small and test a print.

Logo and margin limits are Tidy QR design safeguards.

A successful image check confirms decoding here, not every phone or print condition. Plan your print size ↗

Scan simulator Six image conditions. One local decoder.

Put this code through a scan test.

Simulation, not a guarantee. Each altered image must decode to your exact payload. These fixed image effects do not model a specific camera or material.

Generate a code, then run the simulation.

How to read this simulation

Each effect starts from a 320-pixel-wide rendering of the current SVG. Small size reduces the artwork to 80 pixels; defocus uses two 5 × 5 box-blur passes; motion averages 11 horizontal pixels; perspective maps the image onto a tilted quadrilateral; low light applies 32% brightness with deterministic noise up to ±22 channel values; glare adds a white radial spot with a radius of 18% of the image width. These are fixed test inputs, not measured environment statistics.

The separate size sweep checks widths of 320, 256, 224, 192, 160, 128, 112, 96, 80, 64, 48, 32, 24 and 16 pixels, including the quiet zone and any caption. It reports the smallest tested width that returned the exact payload, not a physical print minimum or an exhaustive threshold. A pass only describes this decoder and this image. Calculate a print starting point and test the final material with real phones.

One paste, the appropriate fields

Paste into the Smart paste box and the generator detects a supported format, selects its content type and fills the fields. You can also type into that box and choose Detect content. The notice explains what was recognized. Choose a different type or use the original as plain text with one click.

InputInterpretation
HTTP or HTTPS linkA website URL, or a recognized WhatsApp chat link.
WIFI stringNetwork, password, supported security and hidden-network setting.
vCard or MeCardThe name and supported contact fields, with no sample values added.
Email, mailto, phone or SMSRecipient and any supported message fields. Phone numbers need a country code.
Geo URI or coordinatesLatitude and longitude. An address followed by coordinates uses that point, with a notice that the label is not encoded.
UTC iCalendar eventTitle, start, end, location and description. Export creates new event metadata.
Bitcoin or EPC payment textSupported payment fields for review. This does not send a payment.

Keep control of the original

Detection is a deterministic parser, not a guess about the meaning of prose. The original input remains in the paste box. Unsupported or incomplete structured data stays as plain text so fields are not silently dropped. A recurring event, an event with a named time zone, or a contact with extra address fields should be kept as its original payload when the form cannot represent it.

The tool does not look up addresses, visit links or check who owns a phone number or payment address. Read the generated payload and verify sensitive details before exporting.
